Reformer
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination using precise movements on a specialized piece of equipment called a Reformer, while also incorporating breathing techniques. Reformer Pilates is a variation of Pilates that utilizes a bed-like apparatus with a carriage that moves on springs, allowing for a wider range of resistance and exercises than mat Pilates.
Barre
Barre class is a ballet-inspired workout that combines strength training, stretching, and cardio, focusing on small, controlled movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles, often using a barre and light weights.
Mat
Mat Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through a series of exercises performed on a mat, with or without props or weights. It is a mind-body practice that emphasizes controlled movements and proper breathing. Participation in at least three mat Pilates classes is necessary before taking Reformer sessions.
Ballet Fit®️
Ballet Fit®️ is an effective training method that combines the wisdom of ballet with the fun of fitness. Created by professional dancer Gloria Morales. This discipline is a
directed choreographic activity that works from movement involving all muscle groups at the same time and with the
weight of one's own body. An intelligent and elegant training method for all audiences.
